We Are Hiring Account cum Admin

We are seeking an Account cum Admin Executive to join our team, Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. If you don't fill all of the qualifications, you may still be considered depending on your experience level.

Job Responsibilites

1. Conferring with accounting department to support e-Invoicing and update records and databases with other data.

2. Help maintain the accounts receivable records.

3. Help to categorize/indicate the nature in expense claim.

4. Carry out clerical duties, including preparing documents.

5. Keeping business documents organized and secure.

6. Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail.

7. Operationg office equipment like printers and photocopiers, makes sure equipment is in working order.

8. Monitoring and procuring office and pantry stock.

9. Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

10. Performs other related duties as needed.

Job Benifits

Job Requirements

1. Must possess at least a SPM

2. 1-3 year of work experience

3. Proven experience working in an office environment would be an advantage

4. Advantageous: Enable To perform bookkeeping and prepare full set of accounts.

5. Advantageous: Ability to liaise in Chinese.
